Work you'll do

As a Payroll & Processing Senior Analyst for our federal sector client, you will:

  • Verify and enter employee personnel data into PeopleSoft, including appointments, terminations, retirement

  • Enter hours worked and leave without pay (LWOP) of assigned pay groups

  • Review and validate pay period reports

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties

  • Maintain data files; reviewing, sorting, scanning, and distributing incoming mail accordingly

  • Respond to written verification of employment requests and state unemployment forms

  • Develop task plans and understanding best practice frameworks, and key performance metrics

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2 years of experience with HR operations and financial services related to payroll, personnel action processing, and executive services

  • Experience with providing Human Resource support services to a federal sector client

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
