Job Description:
We are seeking a Controller with 10+ years of experience in accounting management roles such as Assistant Controller or Accounting Manager. Reporting directly to the GM, the Controller will be responsible for a wide range of financial tasks including month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination, data analysis, process maintenance, and team management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hands-on environment, possess advanced Excel skills, and have experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements and managerial reports
Conduct reconciliations and journal entries
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
Coordinate with internal and external auditors
Perform data analysis and data mining activities
Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and work instructions
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley regulations
Manage a team of at least 4 staff members
Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in accounting management roles
Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley compliance is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
A humble attitude and a strong work ethic
