Consult with the academic area chair or other appropriate college personnel on questions or issues involving course curricula, instructional strategies, and college policies and procedures. Respond to requests (e.g., from students, academic area chairs, department heads, committee chairs, Records Office) in a timely and thorough manner. Ability to use technology that includes virtual reality experience and multimedia software programs. Ability to use/learn the college's learning management system (Blackboard) and the master courses provided by the department. Must be able to develop and implement innovative approaches to the learning environment to ensure student learning and program learning outcomes are met. Must possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to function effectively and productively in team-based initiatives is critical.
