Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Auditing Clerk. This is a great opportunity based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The auditing clerk will be responsible for auditing and ensuring compliance. Prior Gaming and Slot Audit experience is highly preferred. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of Casino Gaming, Gaming Law, Microsoft Excel, and Audit functions. The auditing clerk must be willing to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration or have an active Gaming Card.

Responsibilities of the Auditing clerk:

• Ensure regulatory compliance concerning gaming machine operations, including machine testing, reporting, and adherence to gaming regulations.

• Verify the accuracy of payouts and ensure the proper functioning of gaming machines.

• Maintain detailed records of gaming machine operations.

• Utilize your deep understanding of gaming machine technology, software systems, and electronic gaming regulations.

• Analyze large volumes of data generated by gaming machines to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues.

• Utilize specialized software tools for data analysis and reporting.

• Assess and manage risks associated with gaming machine operations, including fraud prevention, cash handling procedures, and security measures.

• Stay updated on various types of gaming machines, their software platforms, and technical specifications.

• Regularly monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas

• Ability to interpret and analyze financial data

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
