Job Title: System Administrator II

Location: Beaver, PA

Pay Range:$27.50/hr

What’s the Job

  • Support Quality Management System (QMS) documentation control initiatives and ensure compliance to prescribed Document Control requirements

  • Support Quality Management System (QMS) record control initiatives and ensure compliance to prescribed Record Control requirements and update repositories

  • Support management of Calibration database - query items due for calibration, prepare them for calibration, initiate supporting documentation per procedure.

  • Monitor status of calibration services purchase orders

What’s Needed?

  • Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, Teams proficiency

  • Technical writing Desired Skills: ENOVIA (Drawings), WISPER, Electronic Warranty Claim System (EWCS).
